What Is AeroBarrier?
AeroBarrier plugs air leaks by forcing airborne sealant into gaps & cracks with a high-speed fan. Our automated system measures pre/post tightness.
THE AEROBARRIER PROCESS
STEP 1
BLOW 40 MPH WIND to pressurize the building. Air is forced out of all the holes, gaps & cracks.
STEP 2
FOG THE MISTED SEALANT into building using nozzle tripods.
STEP 3
PLUG AIR LEAKS as sealant gets forced into visible & invisible cracks and gaps.
STEP 4
SEAL THE ENTIRE BUILDING in minutes and all-at-once. Our automated process measures pre/post-seal air tightness by air changes per hour (ACH). Average seal-time is less than an hour.
