See is Believing

Retrofits now perform as well as new-construction due to AeroBarrier’s meticulous air sealing innovation.

Radically reduced air-leakage improves energy efficiency and comfort.

The initial blower door test at this project was a 24 ACH50. We sealed nonstop and continuously monitored progress until achieving our post-install tightness of 3.36 ACH50.

SEAL EVERY NOOK & CRANNY

AeroBarrier makes it easy to seal gaps as tiny as a human hair or as large as 1/2 an inch.

High energy bills & drafty rooms are made by small cracks & gaps you can’t see. 80% of energy loss comes from these “invisible but deadly” holes. AeroBarrier seals all your visible AND invisible holes.

AIR SEALING SOLVED

Simple, One Step Air Sealing

Consolidate your air sealing with AeroBarrier, and meet code requirements simply, easily, and consistently. We guarantee that you will pass code.

OR

THE CUMBERSOME ALTERNATIVE

The Traditional Approach

Traditional air sealing approaches are a hodge podge effort from multiple trades that requires all sorts of babysitting. Results are never certain, and there’s nothing worse than failing a blower door test just before occupancy.

We have a nifty flyer that compares the different sealing approaches. Click Here to check it out.

Fix Workmanship Error

Aerobarrier fills gaps as small as a human hair and up to 1/2 inch wide. All sorts of gaps left by tradesmen get filled with AeroBarrier–things like drywall or sheathing overcuts, gaps between boards, and unsealed penetrations.

BREATHE BETTER

Most people spend 90% of their time indoors.
Leaky homes have more toxins than outdoor air.
Tightly-sealed homes offer green air on red days.
AeroBarrier is a non-toxic option instead of foam.

“AeroBarrier has changed our building process. It used to take multiple trades using multiple products to air seal. Even then, we still had to do more.

AeroBarrier is fast with no babysitting. We are building High-Performance homes at a standard construction price because of how much we save using AeroBarrier.”

THE AEROBARRIER PROCESS

Step 1: Prep & Setup

We prep the area by covering any openings that won’t be sealed, set up all of our equipment which includes the blower door, emitters, hoses and the AeroBarrier computer station.

Step 2: Pressurize & Apply

Using a blower door, the computerized process pressurizes the space, controls the temperature, humidity, and exact distribution of the AeroBarrier sealant.

Step 3: Real-time Results

With our 100 % guaranteed, you see results in real-time. We have complete control over your desired level of air tightness. You then receive your AeroBarrier Certificate of Completion with the pre and post seal leakage report.

Step 4: Clean Up

Work resumes 30 min. after the sealing is complete. In that 30 min, we remove all tape, coverings and equipment.
